Keukenhof Gardens trip - Amsterdam, Holland (24th April 2007)
Ling and I went to Keukenhof Gardens on the 24th April 2007. We booked the package from the DFDS Seaways website. In the afternoon, at 3pm, the DFDS Seaways bus took us from Newcastle upon Tyne's Central Station to North Shields to board the DFDS King of Scandanavian ship to Amsterdam. The ship departed Newcastle at 17:30 and we arrived in Amsterdam (Ijmuiden port) at 10:30 the next morning.

The flowers at Keukenhof were really beautiful. I have now decided that from now on this has to be a yearly trip minus the seasickness! :o)
